Coming out of business school I was looking for a company with an energetic, fun-loving atmosphere where I could have the freedom to work on the projects I was interested in and the responsibility to manage them at the same time. That’s exactly what you get here – people following their personal passions and having a great time doing it. As a former Marine officer with memories of sub-standard housing on the bases across the country, my passion lies in the opportunity to develop new homes and neighborhoods for our military service members who are sacrificing so much for our nation. It is incredibly fulfilling, both personally and professionally, to watch these families move in to brand new homes for the first time and see the communities we’ve developed come to life. |
