Clark’s culture is best described as a team-based idea incubator. I think what truly makes Clark a unique place is that we really don’t have a formulaic business model. Within the “bullpen” in our Arlington office and throughout our regional offices, you will find teams working on a multitude of new business opportunities – from traditional large-scale real estate development projects to energy service start-ups. That creates a very dynamic environment where ideas are shared between teams, often allowing us to test new business ideas within the context of our existing projects. At Clark, I have the opportunity to create places and businesses that enhance the quality of life for the communities we serve. And I get to do that with a talented group of people who are committed to pushing boundaries. Ultimately, that provides me with a platform to create positive change on a scale that few other firms can match. |
